This proposal substitutes EDI 628 Methods and Materials in Cultural Perspectives in TESOL/Bilingual Education for FCE 520 Multiculturalism in the US OR SPN 556 Literature of the Caribbean. This change will align the 15-credit Advanced Certificate in Bilingual Education to meet the requirements for ITI-BE grant, which will provide tuition assistance for graduate students seeking the New York State initial bilingual teaching certification.
