Abstract
The NCCC Family Favorite Recipes Cookbook was compiled by the NCCC Women’s Club in 1976. The book was typed by students in typing classes. Recipes were contributed by faculty, staff, Board of Trustees, and their families. Proceeds from the book, priced at $3.50, were used to fund academic scholarships.
