Official copy of the middle states self study that was published in December 1975. This edition has the added "operational recommendations" in the beginning of the document and report.

"At the suggestion of the chairperson of the visiting team of the Middle States Association the operational recommendations contained in the draft version of the Middle States Self-Study have been removed and replaced with a more general statement of the same recommendations."
