Abstract

This project dives into the workings of suspension geometry on a motorcycle. The modeling can easily be modifies to model a car, ATV, or any kind of vehicle utilizing a spring dampener system. The project focuses on the modeling of suspension components, using newtons laws of motion to create a system of first order differential equations, using multiple numerical methods to solve the system, plotting the results, and showing an animation to give a more visual representation.
