Prepared for New York State Legislative Commission on the Water Resource Needs of Long Island, from the Abstract, ". . .Incineration ash from three operational facilities with the New York Metropolitan area were stabilized with various portions of additives (lime, gypsum, Portland cement and sodium carbonate) to produce a concrete-like material suitable for both marine disposal and use in the construction industry. . ."
