On January 16, 2020 the Library Committee of the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry (ESF) prepared a draft policy for presentation to the ESF Academic Governance. According to Matthew R. Smith, Director of College Libraries, the policy was passed at the April 21, 2020 Academic Governance College-Wide Meeting.
