Abstract
The Faculty Senate of the State University College at Brockport recommends that the Competency-Based Teacher Education Program for Elementary Certification (Provisional and Permanent) be approved for a one-year period (1 September 1975-1 September 1976) with the understanding that this document provides a starting point for extensive program development during the next year. Further, we recommend that during this year the program be evaluated in the field, reviewed by the appropriate on-and-off campus groups, and resubmitted to the Faculty Senate of the State University College at Brockport for permanent approval. Accepted by President Albert W. Brown - Effective Fall 1975
