Revision of the Sport Management Major

Abstract

Align the Sport Management major with best practices in the discipline by eliminating three courses (Coaching Sports and Administration of Intramurals and Administration of Sport Management) and replacing them with three other courses (Sport Financing, Sport Facility and Event Management and Sport Consumer Behavior). In addition, we are proposing several course name changes to more accurately reflect the content taught in these courses.
