Abstract
The Women’s Studies Board has voted to change the name of the program to Women and Gender Studies. Rationale: The name fits more clearly with the state of scholarship in the field. A change of name will reflect the program’s offerings of courses that explore the nature of masculinity or deal with all genders, not just women.
