Removal of theStatute of Limitations for Acceptance of Transfer Credits Applied Toward School of Business and Management (SOBAM) Degree

Abstract

This proposal removes the statute of limitations for acceptance of transfer credit for Accounting, Business and Economics courses. At a School meeting earlier this year, faculty voted to remove this limitation. The statute of limitations was put in place twenty years ago and presented to the College Senate under the rules in place at the time as a "For Your Information Notice." Thus, the School is submitting it now as a "slight programmatic change."
