Abstract
The Faculty Senate on recommendation of its Academic Policies Committee approve the concept of a baccalaureate degree in liberal studies through continuing education. The Senate recommends that after approval of the concept embodied in the statement (attached) by cognizant offices of SUNY in Albany, a detailed plan for implementation of the degree program in liberal studies be submitted to the Senate for review and approval.
