Description
Rose Strasser was a legendary figure in dance education in the mid-20th century. Her story is important not only for it's connection to the history of dance at Brockport, but also for how it illuminates that transition from teachers college to comprehensive liberal arts school, a transition of many challenges and opportunities that many colleges experienced in the post WWII era.
