Criteria for evaluation include: Mastery of subject matter, Effectiveness in teaching, Scholarly ability, Effectiveness of University service, and Continuing growth. Defines and gives the basis of appointment and continuing appointment for: Instructor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor, and Lecturer and/or Visiting Professor. Ends with procedures for implementing promotions.
