Abstract
Resolution that the proceeding of Faculty-at-Large meetings will only be recorded verbatim or electronically transmitted if prior, unanimous consent has been given by the Faculty Senate Executive Committee, and an announcement is conspicuously posted throughout the recording or transmitting session. Further, such recordings must remain exclusively in the custody of the Senate, and may not be released without the expressed written consent, of any Senator of member of the Faculty-at-Large who is recorded thereon.
