Letter of disappointment about a memorandum sent from Provost Todd to Walter Reliham from SUNY Office of the University Counsel and Vice Chancellor for Legal Affairs, that discredited the need for family housing as "pressure from the strike" and an undermining of the agreements made that ended the strike.
