Abstract
The curriculum for a B.S. in Biological Sciences requires one mathematics course beyond the university requirement for mathematics. Currently, this requirement can be met by completing either. MTH 201 Calculus I, MTH Calculus for Business, Social and Life Sciences, or MTH 243 Elementary Statistics. We are proposing to add ENV 437 Biostatistics to this list of courses. This addition will not change the course requirements or the number of credits required to obtain a B.S. in Biological Sciences.
