Description
This issue of the Nassau Suffolk Horsemens Association (NSHA) Newsletter, Volume 13, No. 7 features a historic narrative about the Clark Estate. Each year the NSHA has an annual trail ride offering a unique and informative ride through historic areas on Long Island. On May 6, 1984 the annual ride was held on the Ambrose Clark estate and Thompson estate ruins in Old Westbury. The majority of the information for the narrative was made available by ProfessorMargaret Freeman and her student's research about the estates the univesity now stands called "the Archives Collection".
