The Faculty Senate recommends to the College Administration that the College formally institutionalizes the celebration of a Brockport Foundation Day, including an annual Foundation Day Lecture to be delivered by a scholar of undoubted merit and national reputation on a subject of the broadest possible appeal and contemporary importance.
