from the introduction, "From April 1988 through September 1989, dissolved oxygen concentrations were measure for the purposes of defining areas of hypoxia and determining the length of time that these areas were hypoxic. These data are presented in this report. The description of the oxygen distribution was used as part of the basis pf a water quality model for the Sound."
