Abstract
The largest shortage in Nursing lies in Nuring Education. The Proposed Program is an Advanced Certificate in Nursing Education. The program's purpose mastered prepared nursing educators to work in both institutions of high learning and health care. The content of this program will include learning and teaching theories and applications for face-to-face, hybrid, synchronous and asynchronous teaching and learning, as well as simulation, laboratory and clinical venues. The program will incorporate two courses through EDI. Students may themn elect to complete the additional two courses in EDI that will allow for a certificate in Instructional Design.
