Abstract
Recognizes the declining student population likely to occur in the upcoming decade, and provides the means for retaining as many students as possible. Defines the ways in which students may terminate enrollment, and how they may reenroll. Insures the student receives counsel and advice from the academic and student sector throughout their process of separation.
