from abstract, " . . .The results of this investigation indicate that incineration ash possesses significant pozzolanic activity and may be a suitable substitute for aggregate in the manufacture of cement blocks for use by the construction industry in this region. In addition, block having excellent structural properties relative to marine disposal have been fabricated. . ."
