Abstract
The Center for Educational Innovation (CEI) Academies is a comprehensive faculty development track that allows the University at Buffalo to address the needs for teaching and learning support on campus. Operating under a continuous improvement model, CEI will be collecting and analyzing key data pertaining to the impact and effectiveness of the Academies in the classroom as we seek to regularly improve and evolve this program. This will allow CEI to offer the best possible product to the university, expand the Academies to a wider audience, and share this model with other teaching and learning centers.
