Abstract
The Faculty Senate endorses the recommendations of the Subcommittee on Resource Allocation based on the Ad Hoc Committee Report. The recommendations include keeping faculty informed of the process used in identifying programs for elimination,reduction or addition; exploring all possible avenues to ameliorate or reduce the impact caused by faculty reduction, urging the Administration to identify and support voluntary retraining of retrenched faculty to meet existing campus needs, and doing everything possible to keep the retrenchments to a minimum.
