Abstract
This resolution expresses FCCC’s support for SUNY’s proposed transfer credit and credit-by-evaluation policy revisions as efforts to advance equity, transparency, and consistency across institutions. At the same time, it urges SUNY and local campuses to address potential unintended inequities for both native and transfer students, including through a hold harmless clause and careful review of local grading and transfer practices. It also thanks the committee members for their work and encourages faculty to submit substantive public comments before the April 23, 2026 deadline.
