Abstract
The Faculty Senate of State University College at Brockport recommends that the program entitled Competency-Based Teacher Education Program Leading to a Certification as a Teacher of Speech and Hearing Handicapped be approved for a one year period September 1975-September 1976. Further, we recommend that during this year the program be evaluated in the field, reviewed by the appropriate on-and-off campus groups, and resubmitted to the Faculty Senate of the State University College at Brockport for permanent approval. Accepted by President Albert W. Brown - Effective 11/7/74
