Abstract
Human Resource Management is recently taking a global shift in transitioning office workers into practicing work from home procedures. With the recent outbreak and rapid spread of COVID-19 in early 2020 innovations in technology have luckily increased the possibility and productivity of working at home. Included you will see discussions of the major aspects of work experiences relevant to productivity, comparison of working at a normal workplace, and the possible consequences for individuals going from the job site to the employees’ home.
