Abstract
This presentation identifies the main causes of why teachers today need to have a classroom management plan in place as soon as the students enter the room. The plans that teachers create for the students need to be positive. We need to create different strategies for the students to see which one works best. I created a blog for teachers to go on to see what behavior plans are out there and how they work. This is also a great way for teachers to provide their ideas and what works best for them and why. Most educators, especially new teachers need useful websites for different strategies they can use in and out of the classroom.
