This history of the Newman Movement, of the Catholic student group on campus and the campus oratory, was written by Brockort history professor John Kutolowski. It is informative not only for the history of this particular student and community organization, but it has much to tell about the expansion of the college, the changing attitudes towards religion, politics and culture over this vital period.
