Abstract
Albert W. Brown was the President of SUNY Brockport from 1965 to 1981. Brown was the third President of the college. During his time as President the College experienced a great period of growth. He was instrumental in the development of programs such as Delta College, the Mature Adult College Program, the Peace Corp., the College Degree Program, the 3-1-3 High School College Articulated Program, the Washington Semester Program and the Philosophical Year.
