Better Community Statement Revisions

Abstract

Recent lawsuit settlement entitled SIMPSON V. YU states that the following must be added at the end of the existing Better Community Statement and the College seal cannot appear on the document: “The Better Community Statement is a declaration of the values and beliefs of the College and Student Senates of the State University of New York College at Brockport. It is not intended to obligate, or to be binding upon, any student at the College, nor is it intended to provide grounds for disciplinary action against any student at the College.”
