dc.description.abstractThe Department of Computer Science at SUNY Brockport proposes offering a new dual diploma program in Software Engineering, leading to a B.S. Degree. The program will be administered jointly by SUNY Brockport (http://www.brockport.edu) and Isik University (http://www.isikun.edu.tr/en/), Istanbul, Turkey. The clientele will be only students from Turkey. Students will spend years 1 and 3 in Isik University and years 2 and 4 in SUNY Brockport. The degree recipients will be awarded two diplomas, one from each institution. No student can receive the degree or either of the two diplomas without satisfying the academic requirements of both institutions. Among those requirements are the General Education requirements of both SUNY Brockport and Isik University.
