Abstract
Report on the Brockport/University Year for Action Program was approved and the program endorsed, contingent upon ongoing review by an Advisory Panel as specified on page 16 of the report. The University Year for Action was a National Student Volunteer Program, staffed by college students who render full-time service for one calendar year to "help the poor in urban and rural low income communities toward solving their problems.
