Censure of Dr. H. Miller

Abstract

On the basis of the two preceding motions and deliberations at the August 8th, 1969 meeting, the Faculty Senate CENSURES Dr. Harold W. Miller and warns him that any repetition of such unprofessional conduct will be grounds for immediate recommendation for dismissal for cause as per Article XIV, Title D, of the Personnel Policies of the Board of Trustees of S.U.N.Y.
