Abstract
This session will break down the differences between diversity and inclusion, permitting participants to walk away with an understanding of these differences, how the concept fits into corporate cultures, how to foster an inclusive environment, and what actions they can take to improve productivity in the work place. Diversity is not limited to the obvious characteristics of gender and race, as many traits characterize each individual. Each layer identifies a different dimension that defines who we are. No single element carries more weight than another.
