    Abstract
Kuyahoora Raceway Inc. was awarded a grant from New York State to construct a motocross track to improve and expand recreation in the Adirondack Park. This grant was awarded on the premise that the track meets the following criteria: I. The Raceway shall be built to meet NYS Building Codes. II. Any accommodations needed to facility an increase in traffic must be provided and meet NYSDOT codes and standards. III. The Raceway shall be built to both American and International Motocross standards. IV. The Raceway shall have the capacity to facilitate 25,000 spectators. Kuyahoora Raceway Inc. appointed Advanced Precision Engineers to design the Raceway to meet the above criteria. A.P.E’s engineering teams of design professionals analyzed the needs of Kuyahoora Raceway to design an establishment that gives spectators the ultimate Adirondack Racing experience. Our team is comprised of skilled engineers that focus in transportation, structural, and construction related engineering services. Thus, our goal with this project is to transform a shapeless landscape into artistically contoured terrain that may be recognized on a national and international level. The following technical report states the design criteria along with methods and assumptions used in the phases of the Kuyahoora Raceway design. A recording of the Presentation and Public Comment Period for the Project is also included.
