S-TEN partners developed a knowledge base and application strategy in each of the areas of the Regents Reform Agenda. These areas include Common Core Learning Standards, teacher preparation and data-driven instruction to encourage simultaneous renewal across the P-20 partners.

The Educator Certification Assessments Collection provides teacher and school building leader candidates, college and university faculty who prepare candidates, and P-12 cooperating teachers and mentors with materials to faciltate the successfull completion of the New York State Teacher Performance Assessments. Resources support candidates in preparing for different components of the certification exams including edTPA, Academic Literacy Skills (ALST) , Educating All Students (EAS) and Content Specialty Test (CST).
