Abstract
The Spruce Moose for the fall and winter of 2001 begins with the story of Alice, the moose. This story follows her path from the beginning all the way to the end, and describes the hardships that she had to overcome. Continue to read about the effects of air pollution on the forest and water ecosystems located in the Adirondacks. Take a look at some of the ongoing research that is being done at the Huntington Wildlife forest as well as the Adirondack Ecological Center.
