The Spruce Moose; A Publication of the SUNY-ESF Adirondack Ecological Center
Abstract
This issue begins with a feature on the newly renovated Huntington Lodge. The renovation’s goal was to “recapture the lodge’s original Great Camp look,” set in motion by Ray Masters. The friends of Anna and Archer Huntington as well as the supporters are recognized following the completion of the restoration. Also, this issue shares the story of five undergraduate and three graduate students on a week long field course. Beginning at Huntington Wildlife forest, and ending at the tip of Manhattan Island. This course was meant to give the students a first hand look at the Hudson River from source to sink. Finally this issue ends by acknowledging the upcoming alumni reunion at Huntington Wildlife Forest in August.Description
