Abstract
Any impacts that results in disturbance at the wetland/water interface would probably impact herptiles. This would be especially true is such modification involved marsh edges and soft mud bottoms used for reproduction and dormancy. Other impacts which modify the extent and mixture of herptile habitats would also affect herptile population levels. While such impacts may be slight if the effects of the opposed Demonstration are limited to the Demonstration Corridor, serious impacts could occur if the influence extends downstream to Brandy Brook or Upstream to Chippewa Bay.Description
