SUNY College at Oswego

The State University of New York at Oswego was founded in 1861 by innovative educator Edward Austin Sheldon and became one of SUNY's charter members in 1948. Oswego now offers more than 100 programs of study to the 8,500 learners in its student body, yet is small enough for students to form quality relationships with each other and caring faculty. The college's learner-centered mission stresses quality education and experience inside and outside the classroom on our scenic, 690-acre lakeside campus.
