Dateline: Library - Services Supporting a Proposed Journalism Program

Abstract

Strong parallels between news literacy and information literacy are being used to open the door between the library and the school of journalism. Early discussions about literacy have morphed into a stronger liaison relationship, allowing the library to cooperate with the journalists in developing new services for the program.
