    This lecture, "Environmental Hazards: Man-Made, Man-Remedied" by Ralph Nader was organized by the NCCC Student Programming Board. It occurred on Tuesday, September 28th, 1971 in the Grand Ballroom of the Parkway Inn in Niagara Falls, New York. Nader speaks about a variety of environmental and public safety issues.

    NCCC Family Favorite Recipes Cookbook
    (Niagara County Community College Women's Club, 1976)
    The NCCC Family Favorite Recipes Cookbook was compiled by the NCCC Women’s Club in 1976. The book was typed by students in typing classes. Recipes were contributed by faculty, staff, Board of Trustees, and their families. Proceeds from the book, priced at $3.50, were used to fund academic scholarships.
Niagara County Community College is providing access to these materials for educational and research purposes. Prior written permission by NCCC is required for any other use.
